Each stylist is entitled to charge a 50% fee for no call/no show to any appointment. Please notify stylist 48 hours prior to appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand the unexpected can happen but we ask the you contact your stylist ASAP if you need to change an appointment. We will respect your time, we ask that you respect ours.

Please do not show up to an appointment if you are ill, we will do the same. Your well being and the well being of others is very important to us. We follow CDC and Ca state board barbering and cosmetology disinfection and sanitation guidelines. If you are exhibiting any signs of illness such as, cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell please contact your physician immediately.
